Friendly staff. The rooms are fine.
It wasn't clear that the hotel is located on a factory premise, The military-looking guards at the entrance were not that hospitable. The location on the booking.com map is wrong too. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, not in Sadat city (centre).

Good alternative to driving in this high quality nearby hotel for Sadat city visitors
On my last business trip to Sadat city I stayed in a hotel in Cairo and had to drive two hours a day to get to the customer. So was very happy about this new hotel located directly there. The hotel is very new and fully corresponds in quality to a 4 star hotel in Egypt, where you pay twice the price and have to drive. Breakfast was good, also similar to the Cairo standard.
The hotel is located inside the Silo-mill area, so there is some noise, when you open the window. On the other hand you have no noice from traffic, since the hotel is located on the outskirts. You have to be aware, that there are not many other guests in the hotel. We were never more than 3 people at a time in the breakfast room. I once wanted to use the pool. But I could not put my clothes on one of the beds, since there was a thin layer of dust/sand all over.

Great location, value for money and world standard facilities.

Very bad experience
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful The room is clean and cauzy
The hotel is located into a military company. The security guards are soldiers, and they don't have any idea how to deal with the hotel guests. They are very rude and aggressive. The facility is in the middle of nowhere without access to any services. Not suitable for tourists or families at all.
